A plaque will be presented to the best entry as voted on by our President.
Note:
1) Entries received after August 8, 2023 will be placed at the end of the parade line up and will not be included in the news coverage.
2) The parade will start and finish at the Civic Centre. Please arrive between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. The parade begins at 7:00 p.m.
3) Judging begins at 6:00 p.m. SHARP! Participants arriving after 6:00 p.m. will NOT be judged!
4) NOTICE TO GENERAL PUBLIC & APPLICANTS:
DO NOT MOVE BARRICADES AS THEY ARE IN PLACE FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL AND SAFETY REASONS!!!!
PLEASE BE COURTEOUS OF OUR CITY AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!!!!

DISTRIBUTE CANDY OR ITEMS...
THEY *MUST* BE HAND DELIVERED
ABSOLUTELY NOT THROWN OR YOU WILL BE HEAVILY FINED
All enteries may be mailed, faxed, emailed or dropped off at our office on the Exhibition Grounds - Administration building
