Everyone is excited to hear about the Mistletoe Craft & Gift Sale!
Hurry out to get your Christmas shopping started early. Choose from unique one of a kind items and find something for everyone. Most importantly treat yourself to something new! You know you deserve it!
We will have a variety of vendors to shop from. So take a troll and guaranteed your arms will be overflowing on your departure.
Relax with your family and friends enjoying homemade food and desserts from our kitchen.
Admission is only $5.00 with a chance to win one of our fabulous door prizes donated by our vendors!
Hours of Operation:
Saturday November 9th from 11:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m
Sunday November 10th from 11:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m

Invitation to Exhibit
To ensure quality throughout the show, every attempt is made to include a wide variety of crafts & gifts.
Applications will be reviewed and applicants will be selected by the committee.
Applications that are rejected due to lack of space and/or not meeting qualifications will have their fees FULLY refunded.
Exhibit Space
Booths ; single booths are 10' x 10' ; included is a 8' x 30" table, as well as two chairs. One outlet is provided in each booth. You must bring your own extention cords.
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and attending their booths. Exhibitors are responsible for their own decorating including lighting, extension cords, and all necessary tools such as hammers, scissors, tape, screwdrivers, etc. Exhibitors are also responsible for their own liabilty insurance.

A $50.00 non-refundable processing fee will be applied for all cancellations received by Sept 15, 2024. No refunds will be given for any cancellation after SEPT 10, 2024.
Exhibits are to be staffed by the owner or a representative at all times when open to the public. Displays shall NOT diminish because of sales. Exhibitors are expected to display ONLY what is indicated on their application. The Battlefords Agricultural Society and the Mistletoe Committee assume no responsibility for safety of exhibits, accidents, or other related problems. Security will be on duty Friday night and Saturday after close.

** Booth Fee will not be refunded after September 15, 2024 **
Exhibitor Set Up & Tear Down Hours
Set-up:
Friday, Nov 8, 2024 - 8:30 a.m.- 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, Nov 9, 2024 - 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Take Down:
Sunday, Nov 10, 2024 - AFTER 4:00 p.m. - To enforce a quality show tearing down early will result in FINES of $50.00 per 1/2 hour.
