Evening Out

The primary production sector of the Agriculture Industry is the back bone of our community. At times, we fell under attack, whether by foreign countries or by our own country's seeking lack of acknowledgement of the role we play in food production.

The Battlefords Agricultural Society holds an event designed to dispel those feelings for an evening, by answering the call to celebrate Agriculture and its primary producers.

It's called "An Evening Out for Farmers and Friends" and is held on March 1st. You may call our office at 445-2024 to book your tickets. Or drop in, have a coffee and pick up your tickets.

So go casual, or dress "to the nines", but definitely plan to attend this Farm Management event, disguised so beautifully as "An Evening Out for Farmers and Friends". You can't describe it until you have experienced it.

Our guest speaker for this year is Kevin Hursh. Supper is catered by Cando Caterers and our dance band is Cherokee Rose.
