- It is the largest show in the area.
- Extensive advertising, publicity and promotional campaigns done through all types of media including rural newspapers, radio and television. Your personal promotion as an exhibitor is welcome.
- Every year over 5000 consumers from the Battlefords and its surrounding communities attend Agri-Mex to see the latest in new ideas and innovations for the farm and home.
- Many businesses, implement dealers etc. capitalize on the number of people coming to town, by hosting various open-houses, customer appreciation events etc. which helps to ensure people come to town.
- The show draws people from a 160 km radius.
- This is the 24th year we have operated this event and it has become well known in Sask. and Alberta.

TO RESERVE EXHIBIT SPACE
The exhibitor is required to complete the attached application for exhibit space and return the application with full payment to The Battlefords Agricultural Society. All applications will be reviewed by the Agri-Mex Committee for approval. Applicants will receive written notification of acceptance or rejection. All applications must be in by March ?, 2009.

SERVICES PROVIDED
- Drapery - 8ft high backs with 4ft high sides are provided (some exceptions). ALSO INCLUDED FREE are: AISLE CARPET, SKIRTED TABLE & CHAIRS.
- Security - Security will be on duty from Wednesday, April ? until Saturday, April ? at 5:00 p.m.
- Electricity: One 110 volt, 15 amp outlet per 10’ x 10’ indoor space. (If you require additional service, please indicate on application form).
- Exhibitor’s Lounge - Refreshments will be available near the exhibit area. Your exhibitor tag will get you access to the lounge. A social evening will be held on Friday, April ? at 9 p.m.
- A free pancake breakfast wil be held on Saturday, April ? starting at 8 a.m.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- The Battlefords Agricultural Society shall not be responsible in any way for any injury to any person or for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the Renter, Exhibitor, Concessionaire or such person or persons contracting herein for the use of property including any loss or damages to any property or from any other losses whatsoever arising out of the occupancy of the premises or any operations or activities conducted therein.
- Assemble exhibits by the required deadline prior to the first day of the show.
- Staff your exhibits at all times during show hours and do not dismantle exhibits before scheduled tear down time.
- Exhibits within 5 feet of the aisle must not be taller than 4 feet.
- Small and valuable exhibit material should be packed away each night.
- No undue noise should be made in the operation of exhibits. The decision of what constitutes undue noise or any unseemly methods shall rest with the Show Committee. The decision made by the Show Committee is final.
- Subletting of space by an exhibitor is not allowed. Space is to be used by an exhibitor for the purpose as shown on the application.
- Exhibitors desiring fire or other insurance must give the matter their personal attention. All exhibitors planning to use any fuel in their exhibits are requested to contact the Fire Department to discuss all matters pertaining to the installation of such equipment.
- Exhibitors must confine all exhibit activities to within the limits of the space allotted to them.
- All decisions to be at the discretion of the Show Committee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellation after MARCH ?, 2009.
- NO SMOKING (by-law #1850).
Inside spaces are $300.00 each. This includes a free outside space if you would like one.
Outside spaces are $100.00 each.
All applications are subject to review by the Agri-Mex Committee. Aplications not accepted will have their rental fees fully refunded.
